How many users from my team can I add to Dash?

Unlimited users can be added to your Dash account. However, only three team members can be set up to receive automatic notifications when new SMS text leads come in.

Can I use my own phone number for SMS communication?

No, we will assign you a dedicated number for SMS communication specifically for use within your Dash account.

Why do I need to provide my EIN to enable SMS texting?

For SMS capabilities, we register your business with a federally regulated SMS messaging service. In order to protect end users against spam texts, all advertisers are required to provide their EIN to be compliant with the Industry Regulatory Compliance Requirements.

Can I run chat and Dash’s SMS texting feature at the same time?

Yes, LocaliQ’s chat products and Dash’s SMS texting feature work well together and offer your customers multiple ways to communicate with your business. Customers can initiate a chat or text conversion with your business from any page on your website and you can reply directly from Customer Center powered by Dash.

Can I use Dash on my phone?

Dash is mobile-friendly and can be accessed easily on your phone or other device’s browser.

How is lead data for HIPAA customers and customers with Sensitive Personal Information (SPI) protected?

These accounts are designated as restricted access in Customer Center so only you can access call recordings, call and chat transcripts, summaries, or other customer details for those protected by HIPAA or with SPI. The LocaliQ representatives who manage the account will only see aggregated data and not PII-level data from your customers.

Does LocaliQ have an independent auditor's certification of the security standards for HIPAA customer data?

Yes, LocaliQ has received a SOC2 Type 2 Certification. An independent security and compliance auditor reviewed our controls and confirmed that LocaliQ follows the requirements for Business Associates under HIPAA and related regulations for protected health information. The audit determined that we have adequate controls to protect customers and sensitive data. These practices include encryption of data in transit and at rest, security monitoring and logging, enterprise-class endpoint detection and response solutions, continuous integration and deployment, application security testing and scans, incident response, security awareness training, and secure development lifecycle.

Do the HIPAA security requirements effect how my lead notifications are delivered?

Due to the regulations established by HIPAA, we are unable to provide lead contact information in emailed lead notifications. Email communication may not always fulfill HIPAA security requirements, so we only provide lead contact information for HIPAA protected customers in our Dash platform which does meet those security requirements. Emailed lead notifications will not be available for HIPAA protected customers who’ve selected Monthly Digest due to HIPAA security requirements.

How do I change between access levels or cancel?

You can change your access level (move up and down) or cancel paid access at any time from your settings page in Customer Center. A price change will be effective at the next 30-day renewal. You can cancel anytime by going into the settings page on the platform or by calling or emailing your LocaliQ customer representative.
