It’s frustrating, and I inevitably associate the frustrating experience with the brand. You don’t want this to happen with your audience, especially when your goal is to drive more traffic to your website from your social media page.

Instead, you need to tell your audience the ideal next move with a clear call-to-action (CTA). The best way to do this is to consistently write, review, and refresh strong, compelling CTAs across your social profile.

These can be simple. Adding phrases like “Click the link in bio for the full tutorial,” “Share this with a friend who needs this,” “Save this post for later,” or “Reach out to our team today” are all crisp, clear ways to continue engaging further with your brand.

Every so often, review what’s working and what isn’t. For instance, no one reaching out to your team?
